IFCCT Public Event at COP31

This session will provide an update on the work of the Integrated Forum on Climate Change and Trade (IFCCT), launched at COP30, and feature a moderated discussion with Members of the IFCCT Expert Panel. The panel will focus on the Forum's two initial priority topics -- trade and climate adaptation and bridging climate and trade tools to support low-carbon transitions.

The discussion will explore practical solutions, opportunities for international cooperation, and areas warranting further consideration. It will consider how closer engagement between the climate and trade communities can contribute to effective, inclusive and development-responsive climate action.
